  • April 8, 2010 - The American Board of Certification announced that Michael E. Collins has successfully completed the requirements for national certification in business bankruptcy law. 


  • The Fall 2009 Edition for the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Newsletter now available on the Publications page.


  • The Tennessee Department of Labor has formulated new rules for Utilization Review.  These rules contain significant changes, including the provision that the doctor doing the utilization review must be licensed in the state of Tennessee.  The rules take effect on November 12, 2009.  Visit our Publications page to download materials.
