TN Dept of Labor - New Utilization Rules

The Tennessee Department of Labor has formulated new rules for Utilization Review. These rules contain significant changes, including the provision that the doctor doing the utilization review must be licensed in the state of Tennessee. The rules take effect on November 12, 2009.
