David Deming is a principal in Manier & Herod. He graduated in 1982 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Ill. where he majored in Political Science, with a minor in Economics. He received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in 1985.
Mr. Deming has practiced law with Manier & Herod since 1985. His practice focuses exclusively on workers' compensation litigation, where he represents employers, self-insured employers and workers' compensation insurance carriers in cases throughout the State of Tennessee.
He has served as a speaker at many seminars involving workers' compensation issues and is actively involved in the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association where he has served as President and as a member of the Board of Directors.
