 | John E. Quinn John Quinn is a principal in Manier & Herod and the Chair of the firm's Litigation section. Mr. Quinn practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Products Liability, Toxic Tort Litigation, Commercial & Business Litigation, and Insurance Litigation. Mr. Quinn was recently named the Chair of the Technology/E-Commerce Section of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC).
