 | Sarah Hardison Reisner Sarah Reisner is a principal in Manier & Herod. She graduated magna cum laude in 1991 from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Va. where she double-majored in English and American Studies with a French Literature minor. A member of the varsity cross country team and president of the student government association, Reisner was awarded the E. Bruce Heilman Leadership Award and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa her senior year of college.
After working in the Outstanding Scholars Program at the U.S. Department of Education for two years in Washington, D.C., she enrolled in the University of Tennessee's College of Law where she was a member of the Constitutional Law Moot Court team. While in law school, Ms. Reisner was also a Student Materials Editor on the Tennessee Law Review, and she co-authored a published article on constitutional law in Tennessee.
Ms. Reisner clerked for Manier & Herod in 1995, and she joined the firm immediately upon graduating from law school in 1996. She concentrates on workers' compensation defense. In addition, she is a frequent speaker to client groups, attorneys, and professional organizations on topics related to workers' compensation law.
Ms. Reisner is a Board Member with the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and is also a member of the Mid-South Workers’ Compensation Assocation.
