 | Jarrod W. Stone Jarrod W. Stone is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing in the areas of Surety Litigation, Construction Litigation, Fidelity Litigation, Insurance Litigation, and General Civil Litigation. Mr. Stone received his B.S. (2001), magna cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University. Mr. Stone received his J.D. (2004), summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, and Order of Barristers from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
While at the College of Law, Mr. Stone competed on the National Moot Court Team for which he was awarded the Susan B. Devitt National Moot Court Award. He also competed on the College of Law’s National Trial Team, for which he received a Medal for Excellence in Advocacy from the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Stone also twice won the College of Law’s Advocate’s Prize Moot Court Competition. Mr. Stone was admitted to practice in 2004, and he is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association.
