Mr. Williams is a principal with the firm. He practices among the firm's surety, real estate, corporate, and bankruptcy practice groups, handling both transactional and litigation matters. He has substantial experience analyzing, negotiating and documenting commercial credit, securitization, acquisition, sale and lease transactions for businesses, lenders and individuals, which, along with his experience managing claims and related litigation involving a broad range of commercial and construction surety bonds, has been instrumental to his work representing sureties in bankruptcy proceedings nationwide. Mr. Williams received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2001, from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was selected for membership in Curia Honor Society. Mr. Williams received his B.A. in 1995 from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
