Anthony C. Bills

Anthony Bills is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing in the area of surety litigation.  After receiving his B.S. in Communication cum laude from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2006, Mr. Bills enrolled at the University of Tennessee College of Law.  During law school, Mr. Bills completed a concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, worked as a student-attorney in the College’s Advocacy Clinic, and served as an Editor of the Tennessee Law Review.  Mr. Bills graduated magna cum laude from the College of Law in 2010.
