Mac Allen is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in workers’ compensation defense. He helps the firm in its representation of employers, self-insured employers, and workers’ compensation insurance carriers throughout the state. Mr. Allen received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech in 2012, and then his Juris Doctor from The University of Mississippi School of Law in 2015. During law school he served as Executive Editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review – Vol. 4 as well as a Staff Editor for the UM Business Law Newsletter. Mr. Allen was also a member of The University of Mississippi School of Law Negotiation Board.
Mr. Allen is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association as well as the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
