Traditionally, the Firm's practice in this area centered on representation of sureties and secured creditors in large reorganization proceedings. Today, this practice has expanded to encompass numerous bankruptcy-related services, including representation of bankruptcy trustees, committees composed of unsecured creditors and equity security holders, and corporations involved in reorganization proceedings. In addition, the Firm represents clients in work­ outs and out of court restructurings.  The Firm's diversification in this area has expanded into a nationwide practice.
