John W. Barringer, Jr.

Mr. Barringer is a Principal of the firm. Prior to joining he was Assistant District Attorney of the 21st Judicial District as well as Lead Prosecutor for the 21st Judicial District drug and DUI Task Force. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association as well as the Nashville Bar Association.

Mr. Barringer primarily practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and criminal law. He is a member of the Mid-South Workers’ Compensation Association Nashville Chapter.

Mr. Barringer has developed a specialty in the new area of Medicare Set Asides and is a Charter Member of the National Association of Medicare Set Aside Professionals (NAMSAP).
