Tommy C. Estes
Mr.
Estes is a principal in Manier & Herod.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee
in 1973 and his law degree from Memphis State University in 1978.
Mr. Estes also received his license as a Certified Public Account in
1976.
Mr.
Estes practices extensively in the tax and corporate areas of the law with
special emphasis on estate planning and tax planning for closely held
corporations and medical groups. Mr. Estes was admitted as a Fellow in
the American College of Trust & Estate Council in 1996.
Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of
Civil Trial, Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice,
