Heather E. Hardt
Heather
E. Hardt is an associate with the
Manier & Herod. Ms.
Hardt received her B.A. degree (2000), magna
cum laude,
from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Ms. Hardt obtained her
J.D. (2003) from the University of Tennessee, College of Law, where she
served as Student Materials Editor with the Tennessee
Law Review. Ms. Hardt also
worked as a student attorney with the University of Tennessee College of Law
Legal Clinic.
Ms. Hardt
primarily practices in the area of Trial and Appellate Civil Litigation with
concentration in Workers’ Compensation.
Ms. Hardt is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Nashville
Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Tennessee Defense
Lawyers Association.
