H. Rowan Leathers III
Mr.
Leathers is a principal in Manier & Herod.
Prior to joining Manier & Herod, he was an Assistant Attorney
General for the State of Tennessee.
He additionally is a Certified Public Accountant having been employed
by an international accounting firm.
Mr.
Leathers primarily practices in the areas of employment and labor law.
He both consults with management and represents management in a broad
variety of administrative and judicial proceedings.
Additionally, Mr. Leathers’ practice involves a variety of
business-related litigation.
Also, Mr. Leathers is involved in advising and representing clients
in a broad variety of matters involving the Tennessee Department of Revenue.
