Sam H. Poteet, Jr.
Mr.
Poteet is a principal in Manier & Herod. Mr.
Poteet received his B.S. in Accounting from Tennessee Technological
Institute in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College Law
in 1982. Mr.
Poteet is also a certified public accountant.
Mr.
Poteet was the Program Chairman of the Fidelity Program at the American Bar
Association 2002 Mid-Winter Meeting and a speaker on the 2003 ABA Mid-Winter
Program. Mr.
Poteet is currently a Vice-Chair of the ABA TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law
Committee.
Mr. Poteet is also a frequent author and speaker in the areas of
surety and fidelity law and taxation.
