Justin D. Wear

Justin D. Wear is an associate with the Manier & Herod. Mr. Wear received his B.A. degree (2001), magna cum laude, from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Mr. Wear received his J.D. (2004), summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as Student Materials Editor with the Tennessee Law Review. He published Tort Law – Criminal Malpractice – Criminal Defendant’s Ability to Sue His Defense Attorney for Legal Malpractice, at 70 TENN. L. REV. 905. Mr. Wear also worked as a student attorney with the University of Tennessee College of Law Legal Clinic.

Mr. Wear primarily practices in the area of surety litigation, and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association.
