Emeline Brown is an associate with Manier & Herod primarily practicing in the areas of surety law, fidelity law, construction law, and general insurance coverage and litigation. Emeline has experience in employment law and previously worked in workers’ compensation defense.

Emeline is a native of East Tennessee and a two-time graduate of the University of Tennessee. As an undergraduate, she studied supply chain management and human resource management and spent a semester living in London as part of a business honors program. Emeline’s interests in business litigation and employment issues ultimately led her to law school, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender & Social Justice. During law school, Emeline concentrated on advocacy and dispute resolution and participated in the family mediation clinic. She also held several internships during law school, including with the legal departments of a national laboratory and a Fortune 50 company.

Emeline is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. In her spare time, Emeline enjoys traveling, cheering on the Vols, and spending time with family, friends, and her pug, Busy.
