Jacob Bolton is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in the areas of surety law, fidelity law, construction, and general insurance coverage and litigation.
In 2015, Mr. Bolton graduated summa cum laude from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Bolton received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2019.
During law school, Mr. Bolton concentrated on Business Transactional Law, which allowed him the opportunity to lead the school’s Voluntary Tax Assistance Program. Mr. Bolton was a member of the Business Transactional LawMeets Team, which won best draft in their regional competition, and served as Business Transactions Editor for The Forum. Additionally, Mr. Bolton gained advocacy experience as a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial Team.
Mr. Bolton is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Nashville Bar Association.
