John M. Gillum is a principal with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in the areas of construction and surety litigation. Mr. Gillum received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Mr. Gillum has chaired and spoken at numerous professional organizations, seminars and conferences. Over the last 36 years, Mr. Gillum has litigated as lead counsel in over 100 court and arbitration cases in 18 states.
