Kathy So specializes in civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on surety and fidelity matters, construction disputes, and contract-related claims, and products liability defense.
Ms. So joined the firm in 2026, and represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit resolution, discovery, motion practice, and trial. Prior to returning to private practice, Kathy spent several years overseas in academia, where she taught law, business management, and leadership to undergraduate and graduate students.
Ms. So received her B.A. in Philosophy in 2001 from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, and her J.D. in 2007 from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
