Mary Paty Lynn LeVan is a principal with Manier & Herod. Ms. LeVan practices primarily in the areas of corporate/business, sales and acquisitions, real estate sale and lease transactions, intellectual property, and surety law with an emphasis on financial, pre and post-bankruptcy work out, and collateralization transactions. Ms. LeVan has assisted numerous clients with business planning, general business and governance issues,  and purchase/sale and real estate transactions.  Ms. LeVan has represented numerous sureties in front end collateralization and intercreditor relationships as well as with distressed principals, including pre and post-bankruptcy surety credit facilities and financing, and performance and payment bond claims,  throughout the United States.   Ms. LeVan received her law degree from Vanderbilt Law School in 1986 and her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1983.
