Tyler Sanders is an associate with Manier & Herod practicing primarily in the areas of fidelity law, surety law, workers’ compensation, and general civil litigation.
Mr. Sanders earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University, cum laude, where he was a member of the moot court team. In 2017, Mr. Sanders earned his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law where he graduated cum laude.
While at Belmont College of Law, Mr. Sanders won the College of Law Dean’s Cup and was President of the Board of Advocates. He also competed on the National Moot Court team. While a member of the National Moot Court team, he and his team placed seventeenth in the Nation in the National Moot Court Competition and were awarded the seventh best brief in the nation. Mr. Sanders also interned for the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office assisting in the Civil Litigation department. Prior to joining Manier & Herod, Mr. Sanders had the honor of clerking for the Honorable Chief Justice Jeffrey S. Bivins of the Tennessee Supreme Court. This allows Mr. Sanders to bring the perspective of a previous judicial clerk to his representations.
