In August of 2025, Manier & Herod WC defense attorneys traveled to Orlando for the 79th annual WC convention. Manier attorneys volunteered at the Give Kids the World Village on Saturday and the “Cuddle Zone” in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday. Several Manier attorneys presented on insightful panels with the Workers’ Compensation Defense Institute and the “State of the States” presentation, a national caselaw review highlighting WC trends across the United States.
