Manier & Herod is proud to announce that Jeffrey S. Price has been elected to serve on the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Council. TIPS is the largest national organization in the United States for plaintiff, defense, corporate and in-house counsel, and insurers and provides a wealth of resources to its members including publications, CLE programming, and national conferences.
Mr. Price currently serves as the 2021-2022 Chair of the TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee (FSLC). FSLC is the leading professional organization in the surety and fidelity law industries. Mr. Price has been an active member, speaker, author, and leader in the TIPS FSLC for over 20 years and is honored and humbled by this opportunity to lead the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section over the next three years.
