Manier & Herod attorney Joshua D. Wilson recently obtained a complete dismissal of all claims against his client, Paul Koleas.  The case was filed in the Chancery Court of Davidson County, Tennessee.  The Plaintiff alleged that Mr. Koleas interfered with a construction contract between Headden Real Estate, LLC and Capital City Construction, LLC and conspired with Headden Real Estate to cause damage to Capital City Construction, LLC.  The Plaintiff also sought punitive damages and attorneys’ fees against Mr. Koleas.  Through extensive discovery and extended litigation, counsel was able to obtain complete dismissal on summary judgment on all claims and the entry of final judgment on all claims.
