Melissa J. Lee presented at the Surety Claims Institute’s 48th Annual Meeting and Seminar, held June 21-23, 2023, in Cambridge, Maryland. SCI’s annual meeting is designed to provide its members with outstanding educational programs as well as a unique opportunity to discuss industry trends, challenges, goals and directions in both formal and informal settings. Ms. Lee and her co-presenters discussed “Price Escalation, Inflation, and the Post-Pandemic World,” including an in-depth look at how economic trends have impacted the construction surety industry in the past three years.
