Manier & Herod attorneys Jeffrey S. Price and Caralisa Connell represented a surety in an indemnity action appealed to the Tennessee Court of Appeals, which affirmed an award of judgment under Tennessee Code Annotated Section 25-3-122 entered in favor of the surety at the trial court level. The Tennessee Court of Appeals confirmed that the surety was entitled to a judgment by motion against its principal in the underlying action on the bond. The case is Kim Renae Nelson v. Loring E.
