On June 14th through June 16th, Manier & Herod Workers’ Compensation defense attorneys attended the 26th annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference in Murfreesboro. Partners Laurenn Disspayne, Sarah Reisner, and James Tucker presented at the convention on “TODAY in Tennessee: The Workers’ Compensation Review”. The two-day presentation had a “talk show” format and included a panel of attorneys representing both the Defense side and the Plaintiff’s perspective. The presentation walked attendees through the life of a Workers’ Compensation claim from the beginning of the claim with the focus on moving the claim forward towards a reasonable and final conclusion in a timely fashion.
